Booking Page Policy
In our Booking System Page we have a secure purchase service in which you can pay for part or all of the services contracted, through a
secure payments platform with your card or by Paypal.
Making a reservation, you must register as a user to save your data in case of a claim or to request future services.
HOW TO BOOKING ONLINE ?
- Choose your prefered service from our selection of Yoga Classes, Massages, Therapies or Beauty
Treatments
- Choose who you want that perform the Wellness or Beauty Service in your home.
- You can choose another service from the list with the same provider, if you wish.
- Choose the date and time of your preference. If you can not find a free spot, you can try lucky it with another provider.
- Log in to your account or create a new profile and complete your contact information.
- Pay for the total purchase of the service, if you wish to pay by card. Or pay by cash ending your service (only for regular customers)
OUR BOOKING POLICY
- If you are a new customer, we go contact you to confirm your booking. You must pay 50% in advance to complet your booking confirm.
- Once reserve or purchase is made, you receive an email from our team confirming the received payement.
- You can cancel or reschedule your services online, if you need, without costs five hours before your booking
- You can add more services or providers when you want.
- You can request an invoice, make a claim or request a refund in our contact email indicating your reservation number
- Your order will be validated, once you receive an SMS or confirmation email, after the payment.
- We will refund the total amount of your reservation if you cancel before 5 hours prior to your appointment.
- Otherwise, you will lose your reservation of 50% of the amount of the contracted services.
- If you want to cancel your appointment but the provider is already at your home or on the way (60' before your reservation), you will have to pay the total amount of
the service even if this has not been done.
- If the provider is late in your appointment, you have the right to claim extra time in your service, equivalent to the time of delay.
- If you delay your appointment, the provider has the right to discount the duration of your service or to charge the amount equivalent to your delay in the
appointment.
- After the service, if you want a total or partial refund of your money, you have 14 days to make a written claim, with the details of your complaint, to our email
